Why flat fees?

So the bill is the same every month and nothing about it depends on your cases. We never charge per seat, per case, per lead or as a share of your fees, so adding a paralegal or winning a large matter doesn't change what you pay us.

What's included in the Practice fee?

Everything in Front Desk, Abby as part paralegal and part office admin, practice management, billing, trust accounting, payments and your firm's own branding. There are no per-seat charges and no paid add-ons for branding.

What does "hardware at cost" mean?

For the in-office option, you pay what the computer that runs Practice in your office costs, with no markup. We'll tell you the cost before you decide.

Can I start with one plan and add another?

Yes. Front Desk is part of Practice, so moving up changes nothing about your calls. Practice and Visibility together are $4,500 a month.

What is a founding firm?

One of the first firms to work with us. For Front Desk and Practice, founding firms help shape the product while it's in development and see it first. For Visibility, founding firms pay $1,500 a month instead of $2,000.
